You’ll find me at Stairway Healing Arts Center on 1 Washington Street  in the historic village of Cambridge, a rural community in Upstate New York.

Before your session you can find a great read just down the block at our fabulous indie bookstore, Battenkill Books.  After your massage you can head next door for a latte and  lunch at the fabulous Round House Bakery Cafe. Hop down the block for your organic groceries at the Cambridge Food Coop, then enjoy an awesome brew in the old railroad depot at Argyle Brewing.  That evening you can catch a show or take a variety of classes at Hubbard Hall Center for Arts & Education, located next door to Stairway.  Then you can spend the night at the historic Rice Mansion Inn.

Our village is nestled among rolling, forested hills and mountains. It’s very popular with cyclists and has a great variety of local hikes and walks.  The Battenkill River flows adjacent to the village and offers a scenic and peaceful environment.  Enjoy the river’s beauty first hand and rent a kayak or canoe at Vermont River Runners .

I’m forever amazed at all our small town has to offer:  A quiet get-away with cultural enhancement. A healthy environment for the sports and outdoors enthusiasts. We’d love to have you come for a visit.

Thank you so much for visiting.  I’m glad you were here and I’m looking forward to nourishing and supporting you along your life journey  -Mandy
